FHP: Crash involving tractor-trailer cleared, no injuries

Jacksonville, Fl. — UPDATE:  The Florida Highway Patrol says a tractor-trailer crash on I-95 Northbound has been cleared after several hours.

FHP says no injuries were reported and the semi was loaded with vegetables.

It’s still unclear what caused the crash.

ORIGINAL STORY: Crews are in the clean-up process after a tractor-trailer overturned on I-95 Northbound before the Fuller Warren Bridge.

The Florida Department of Transportation first reported the crash at 3:30 AM. Odette Struys with FDOT says it may take a few hours to clear and is encouraging drivers to avoid the area.

It’s not clear what caused the semi-truck to crash, but WOKV has reached out to the Florida Highway Patrol and FDOT for more information.
