Jacksonville, FL — With the holidays drawing closer, UPS says their seasonal hiring is in full swing.

If you're interested in applying, UPS plans to hold open interviews at the Jacksonville Hub, located at 4420 Imeson Road, from 10 am to 2 pm, on the following dates:

-Monday, November 5

-Friday, November 10

-Monday, November 13

-Friday, November 17

-Monday, November 20

We're told the jobs themselves will be at the Jacksonville Hub, as well as their River City location, at 12400 Presidents Court.

UPS tells us that while many of the positions are seasonal, about 35% of people hired at UPS in recent years for seasonal package handler jobs stayed with the company on a permanent basis after the holidays were over.

UPS is expecting to deliver a record-breaking 750 million packages this season, with 17 of the 21 holiday delivery days before Christmas to exceed 30 million packages.
