A Southside pediatric dentist is facing mistreatment allegations.
Several angry parents lined up outside Dr. Howard Schneider’s practice Tuesday along University Boulevard.
Brandi Motley said she took her daughter to Schneider in December. Motley said her daughter was only supposed to have one tooth removed, but her daughter allegedly returned with seven missing teeth and injuries to her face and neck.
“The nurse lady comes and gets me and she says, 'There's been an incident and I need you to come back there.' So I walked back there through the doors and turn to the right and there she sits crying with blood all over, her face was all swollen. The lady said, 'We had her on a papoose board and we walked out for a second to get something and I came back and she was on the floor,’” Motley said.
WOKV's partner Action News reached out to Schneider at his office. One of his staff members blocked the dentist from giving comment.
